Brand and Flow exists to make great design and marketing simple, accessible and actually do-able — for small and growing businesses who don’t need (or want) the cost or complexity of a full-time designer or big agency. We help you stay consistent, visible and confident in how your business shows up.

We’re a small, approachable team with decades of combined experience across branding, graphic design, signage, print, marketing and digital. With vast industry experience, we’re also fluent in the production side of things - working regularly with printers, signwriters, shopfitters, photographers, web developers and other specialist suppliers to help projects move smoothly from concept through to delivery.

design and marketing professional with more than 30 years in the creative industry. With a background spanning graphic design, signage, print production, marketing and business ownership, she combines creative thinking with strong commercial insight.
Having owned and operated several successful businesses, Maxine has worked with start-ups, established businesses and rebrands across a wide range of industries. Known for her approachable nature and hands-on approach, she is passionate about building strong brands that connect, communicate and grow. She also embraces emerging creative tools, including AI-driven design and content creation, to deliver modern and effective solutions for clients.
Lara is a passionate and experienced creative professional with more than 20 years in graphic design, branding and marketing. With a calm, approachable nature and strong attention to detail, she delivers thoughtful and effective design solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Her experience spans logo design, print and digital media, with a focus on creating cohesive and engaging brand identities. Known for her collaborative approach and strong communication skills, Lara continues to grow her expertise across digital platforms, WordPress and AI-driven creative tools, bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to every project.
